1:08.9	you through how to reflect on what was in this case 2021 in order to prepare and plan and do
1:16.7	something different for what you're going to do next. Now today is a continuation of this conversation
1:22.9	and today we're talking all about vision. Casting a vision for 2022. Now here's the interesting
1:31.9	thing about vision. I think that most people think of this as a business concept like oh you need a
1:37.3	vision for your business and where you want to be but we often don't think about this for our lives.
1:44.0	I love how Zig Ziglar said if you aim for nothing you'll hit it every time and so I want to help
1:49.9	you aim for something next year. Now of course things will change in your life next year things will
1:56.3	come up that you didn't plan on and maybe actually likely your vision might change. That's okay
2:03.0	but we want to start somewhere and so I want to walk you through how to begin to understand
2:10.0	this concept of casting a vision for your new year and then again we will talk tactically about
2:16.0	how to do it. How do you figure out what you want to do and what you should be focusing on next year.
