0:49.6	you could share a little bit about food to soil and what you guys are up to.
0:53.0	Yeah, sure.
0:54.0	Food to Soil is a decentralized community composting network.
0:58.6	You could think of us as the Airbnb of composting.
1:01.2	So we have composters throughout San Diego, and they offer composting service where people
1:06.1	bring their food scraps, and they transform that into compost.
1:10.9	And then anybody interested can get that compost and put it back in their garden.
1:17.0	Many of our members just want to divert their food scraps.
1:19.7	And then we also have locations where people are getting trained to compost.
