If I wasn't a corporate America, if I wasn't a cop, I wouldn't have not been prepared for entrepreneurship.

Straight up, dude. I did not have the skills, the level of thinking if I didn't spend seven years as a law enforcement officer in Oakland.

Really build me up to be a leader, really humbled me, but then also it forced me to lead by example.

So everything that would ask from like my teammates, from my coworkers, I would set the tone. I would set the expectations. And that's what really, really, really helps me with building my culture across my companies now and what I do.

What led me to start with like ATMs, Automated Teller Machines, Merchant Services,

and now digital consulting.
