We're going heavy on coverage today, not just coverage of your football team in New England

Patriots, but specifically Patriots coverage and specifically J.C. Jackson, who's coming off

another multi-pick game. He is now picked off Zach Wilson, Mike White, and Sam Darnold. And he has

five picks on the year. He is just feasting on any quarterback

that has ever had an association with the Jets. But some of his numbers are excellent. And so what I

want to find out here on next bats is what is next for J.C. Jackson in terms of his contract,

his next team, how he's viewed across the league or how he will be viewed this coming

off season. He's got half a season left to play. If he can continue to post numbers,

what is that contract going to look like? We know the guy's ready to hit unrestricted free agency

this off season. And not only what does all of this mean for J.C. Jackson, but I want to get into

what does it mean for the Patriots?

And he has some really interesting things to say about J.C. Jackson, what he can expect on the open market, what the franchise tag would cost the

Patriots if they want to slap that on J.C. Jackson this offseason. If they do do that, how does

that impact the rest of their offseason spending next spring? And do they even want to do that?
