There's a new product that has tobacco companies buzzing.

They're called nicotine pouches.

It's about the size of like a piece of chewing gum and you put it under your upper or lower lip

and it holds against the gum for maybe half an hour to an hour and the flavors and nicotine

in it dissolve out of it.

One of the more well-known brands of these nicotine pouches is called Zinn.

And I was curious just how popular these pouches are.

So the other day, our show's producers took a walk along Manhattan's west side to find out.

There's a park over there alongside the Hudson River,

where a lot of young professionals

frequent during lunchtime. One of my really good friends in our office actually takes Zins as a use

like to focus. That's what he uses it for. Instead of taking Adderall or another ADHD medication,

you would take a Zinn. I used it for, I would say, a full year, more or less.

And I liked it a lot, so yeah, it felt like smoking 10 cigarettes at once.
