The last couple of times we were echoing in an old office in

what was originally designed as government housing and now we're on the edge of the promised land.

We're in our video studio, but not yet in our podcast studio,

which is still being worked on by the technicians,

but it is good to be here.

All right, well, that is a prelude to the theme of today's episode and that is,

so we're coming out of the old in a kind of exodus

and we're entering into a new but we're still in exile.
