So, Julie, I always like to have you share a story from the front lines.

And, guys, we have coaching clients.

You know, I'm laughing because we're picking up some new coaching clients in like these fur reaches of the United States where you know you're you get this new client like the backwoods of Montana and the first thought you know you have to have you have houses there

exactly what are you selling there we have people in like Saskatchewan Canada or some crazy thing I I have to go on Google Earth. You can count

how many houses there are in the town. But then we, of course, have a lot of great clients that

are selling, you know, $10 million, $20 million properties in California and New York. So I have

to say, there's not a dull moment in either one of our schedules helping you guys build your businesses no matter

where you are and no matter what you're selling. So, Julie, I'm curious, from your schedule,
