Today's 10 minute walk is helping you create a walking habit you will love.

It's a nice morning in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and I've been out walking probably

for 20, 30 minutes before I pressed record, left the house and walked over to an area

where I really enjoy recording the podcast. It's a little more secluded, it's quiet, and I enjoy that.

It's also got more birds, and I like the sound of birds as I'm walking

here's the thing Sun's been up now for a bit and as I was walking here I saw one

other person out for a walk and we live in a by the way, that is designed to promote activity,

whether you are walking or running or cycling. It's designed to promote getting out and moving.

And it's one of the reasons why we moved here. It would make our fitness activities much easier to do.

We didn't have to do a bunch of stuff before we could do the activity itself.

And that was very appealing for both me and Ava.

walking right now, why aren't the sidewalks packed? Why isn't the gym packed and the treadmills with lines? Of course nobody would

wait, but you get the idea. In other words, why aren't people, more people walking more?
