So my question for you is, why are you waiting to feel better before you start living your life in a positive direction. A lot of you think,

ah, I just got to stop being depressed. Ah, I just have to stop being anxious. Ah, I have to stop

being upset about blah, blah, blah. No, no, and no. There are a couple of things we do when

we believe that. One is we just squash and try to ignore the feelings. Ah, if I don't have them,

yeah, but you do because they're squashed down and at some point they're going to come out your

ears and all your pores. This is not good.

This is not good. So that's one way of giving it because our mind is an amazing tool.

It's incredible what can't go on in there except that some of it is a mishmash.

So we can jam our feelings down, deny them.

My gosh, how many times on this program have I said to somebody, you're not depressed, actually.
