There's a lot of bottles, but here's hoping.

Last week on my Instagram, I finally admitted to you guys that I have a raging lifelong

fear of death.

Most people don't like the idea of it, but I'm talking about a deep fear which will

result in crippling anxiety attacks.

I put it up and I was like, this is too vulnerable, this is too much, but so many of you responded

saying that you suffer from the same thing and that it comes to you once in a while.

It felt freeing, it felt really freeing to tell everyone because it's like, I'm not superstitious

but I don't even like to say it out loud, I don't even like to talk about it.

But as with most things in life, if you talk about it and you find other people who are

going through the same thing, you feel better.

That's just how life is.

It was kind of this beautiful moment where I was getting all these DMs being like, yeah,

dude, I have the same thing.

It fits in really nicely with this episode that I'm about to do because, well, I'll become

clear.
