I am so excited that it's Friday.

I hope everyone had a good week.

I had a big week.

I launched my hot sauce dressing with Tabasco.

It's honestly a really crazy experience.

And it's just a really, I'm very, very proud of this.

I've been working on this collaboration for over a year.

I've dreamt of making a hot sauce dressing for gosh, multiple years.

And it's really crazy because I feel like it's truly from my brain.

Like it's truly something that I dreamt up.

And I worked very hard to make it happen.

And I just couldn't be proud of that it's in collaboration with Tabasco.

Which is my favorite hot sauce company.

And such an iconic brand.

There's such an amazing legacy brand.

You know, the fact that it's still family, run and operated.

You know, seeing how they all work together on Avery Island was just so moving.

And just there's something about tradition that makes me feel very inspired.

And meeting experts who know everything about hot sauce peppers,

knowing exactly what shade of red the pepper is right to be picked at.
