an update so i'm actually recording this before i go to my second um gym class you guys know i go to

equinox gym it's literally amazing they have very tailored classes and they have an app called Equinox Plus.

And I'm honestly obsessed with it. Like you have access to SoulCycle on there and you have

access to all the, all of the companies that they own pretty much um like on like on demand you can do

like a class on demand and I love that because I used to go to SoulCycle and instead of having

to pay for classes I can just have the on demand class and do a cycling session in studio. And I also take this class called Metcon

3. Tomorrow for the first time I'm taking a Pilates fusion. I have yet to take Pilates class there

because I've been doing the bar burn classes or whatever. But when I tell you, this gym is elite, it is so

hygienic, you would think I'm sponsored by them. Believe me, I'm not. It's so hygienic and just so

nice. Like, oh my gosh. Okay. So let's get into it. So today I was feeling like, okay,

I'm finally feeling like a lot better and I went out.

I told you, I don't know if I told you guys last time, like last episode.

I went out and I had the cough like again.

So every now and again I get like the cough and I'm like paranoid because I'm like, oh my gosh, I've come so far.

I did end up filming a nice story time video for you guys.

I also did some more video treatments where I like, you know, plan out my videos, like kind of

scripting them so that I stay on task because, I don't know, if you're a YouTuber, it's like if you know

you know sort of thing where you will end up talking about something and think that you made like a legit point and then you ended up going on a tangent and a rant and the footage isn't really good to use so to avoid that it's best to kind of outline the things you're going to say and that's also how I kind of was taught because I

actually took an advanced oral communications class and outlining was something that was super

important. So anyways, I woke up today. I said, you know what? Let's have a brand new start,

a fresh routine. So I'm the type of person that when I get it when I wake up I can't like meditate for five minutes
