0:51.2 | But tell me a little bit more about yourself and why you started Dr. Becky at Good Insight. |
0:55.8 | So, yes, I'm a clinical psychologist, as you mentioned. |
0:59.0 | I'm also a mom of three, so my kids are nine, six, and almost four. |
1:05.2 | And there's really not much I find as interesting as people and kids and families and family systems and intergenerational patterns. |
1:13.6 | I'm just very curious, I guess, about why we kind of develop into the people we develop into what we need, |
1:20.8 | what we end up getting, and kind of how our bodies adapt accordingly. |
1:24.4 | And so, I guess the larger story really is that that I just have always found people to be endlessly interesting. |
1:33.4 | And then about two years ago, I started working on a product in the sleep space with a friend of mine. |
1:39.6 | I was talking to her about the sleep product. |
1:41.8 | I had kind of a gaivert for my daughter who had always had some sleep struggles. |
