1:05.1	Yeah, it was something that was very eye opening day when you have one of the most powerful
1:10.8	athletic directors in all of college football to say, hey, you know, this is where you guys can go
1:16.1	to donate. Before we get started, Dave, we definitely got to clear some things up because
1:20.8	there seems to be a lot of misconception on what you can and can't do when it comes to this and
1:26.5	a lot of people are confused. You know, the first first ordeal is the NCAA is so far behind on this.
1:34.0	They have done everyone in this service when it comes to this. So when you talk about Ohio State,
1:40.3	what they can and can't do, I've seen a lot of people say Ohio State is wealthy. Why don't they
1:45.5	just donate or pay the players or contribute to the foundations themselves? They're not allowed
1:51.7	to do that. The NCAA will not allow them. They can't take ticket sales revenue or they can't take
1:59.0	sales from concession stands or lower ticket prices. A lot of different things that are out there.
2:06.0	They can't do it. This is totally separate from the university. Jean can now push it. The NCAA
2:12.7	has allowed a little bit more leeway to where schools can help, you know, kind of direct people
