You've had some travel recently.

You went from France to Canada and now down to Southern California, so you've been all over

the place.

Yes, I was in Vancouver addressing the Christian lawyers of Canada, and this was, this worked out very well. There were very few problems connected with this.

They have an annual conference, and I was unable to do it for them last year, and they were

kind enough to push it over to this year. So listeners of the show may be familiar with your name.

We've obviously recommended your resources.

We publish many of your books at 1517, and we also have suggested the sensible Christianity

lectures for people. And then last year, you came on and did an interview with me about essentially

an introduction to apologetics last year. Last year as well. So

listeners may remember that. You can go listen to those episodes and find those resources on our website

and the various other places where we've done apologetic material. In that vein today,

we're going to talk about apologetics. We now rotate through some of these categories through theology,

apologetics, systematic history. And today we're going to talk about why apologetics is important

for lay people and not just pastors and academic theologians and how some of the issues that

maybe affect the academic conversations and apologetics trickled down
