Thomas Jefferson pins in the first sentence. We know how

it goes. If we can remember back to elementary school, life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Okay, so I want to take on that phrase

because I think the pursuit of happiness is misunderstood.

And I'm gonna be very honest with you.

This is, I'm gonna try to make this as general as I can, but I told Alex the producer.

I said, this is a little bit of a deep dive today.

depths and it's going to be very practical to you accomplishing what you want to

accomplish in your life but hang with me. All right, so the

phrase of the pursuit of happiness, Thomas Jefferson doesn't come up with it. It's not

his. It's not a turn of phrase that he gets while sitting in Philadelphia

pinning the Declaration of Independence. It was a phrase that had been used

hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of years earlier, a that goes very very deep and we're

talking about big names Stoics, philosophers, thinkers from all walks of life people like
