There's just a growing gap between workers and leaders in this country and you could chalk it up to I think two primary

leaders. And so I want to address these things. I think the second factor is that we just have unhealthy leaders.

I at times am unhealthy and I'm talking about mentally and emotionally here and sometimes you are

unhealthy and are we at our best when we're unhealthy? The answer is no. So if your leader is unhealthy in between

their ears and in here in their chest, can they effectively lead you? The answer is no. So we dug in here and I want to tell you about some research done by human resource expert.

Simon Dolan, he's a PhD out of Britain and his research reveals that leaders are most effective when their self-esteem is high.

No shock, right? In other words, when their confidence is high, their leadership proficiency is high.

When they feel better about themselves, their leadership is better.

So the converse is true when leaders have low self-esteem.
