Let me clear my throat. God, that was the first word of the morning,

frog-y throat, should have cleared it beforehand.

Anyway, good morning to you and welcome to join up dots.

It's great to have you here and I'm going to pose a big question and you

would have seen it from the title of the show already but why are we so tough on ourselves? Now I've been speaking to loads of people over the

last couple of weeks. I have one messenger people connect with me on messenger and I

try to help them along and push them into directions new challenges big and futures that are

bright happy and as we say and join up dots a little bit sexy and then other people I will speak to them personally on

Zoom and we try to sort of cover loads of different areas. Now one of the things that

I've seen time and time again recently and it's got to the point now

I thought I've got to do a show on this and this is why I love talking to people because they

give me inspiration I suppose to fill up the content and I feel up a lot of

content you know I've been doing it for seven years seven years three times a week and

so every now and again you kind of think I don't know what to talk

about and then it becomes obvious to you and it's the fact that I'm finding that most people

out there are being too hard on themselves and trying to offer what the world isn't asking
