0:15.8

the trenches to recover from a wide range of chronic health issues, mainly after my own suffering. I had to learn all

this stuff. I had to figure out how to fix my gut bugs, how to get rid of parasites, how to use

0:26.8

natural antibiotics to fix H. pylori instead of taking the triple therapy or the quadruple

0:32.7

therapy that conventional gastrodocs use. And I use my functional medicine skills now to help people in all

0:38.5

aspects of their health, whether it's the anxiety, depression piece, the chronic fatigue,

0:43.4

extensively in health psychology, and she lives with multiple vestibular diagnoses.

issues and others. And she takes a holistic approach to helping vestibular issues. What is a

1:42.1

vestibular issue? Well, you're about to find out. She uses

1:45.6

cognitive behavioral therapy. She uses acceptance and commitment therapy. And then she has some other

1:51.1

tricks up her sleeve as well. She has clinical training in several different schools. Her education

background looks pretty on her bio right here.
