I listen I do actually take a dose of the Whoopi Goldberg skepticism of polls,

whether it was Hillary Clinton in 2016, the midterms and the red wave that didn't materialize,

and I think there is a generational issue of a lot of

us that cut the cord or never had a cord aren't necessarily we're under surveyed at

times in polls but these are a five alarm fire for the Biden administration.

He's underperforming significantly where Hillary was in 2016,

and in the makeup of our electoral system is it's basically five states that are ultimately

going to determine the outcome of this election. I was stunned by the Nevada

numbers in particular. A lot can change in a year and so I say this as somebody who had the distinct privilege of being one of the few people who works for a one-term president.

There is a power to the incumbency. You look like you know you're in the presidency you have the

built-in you know visual of people seeing you lead on the world stage and I give

Joe Biden a lot of credit on both his handling of Ukraine and the conflict in Israel.

But on the flip side you get blamed for everything that goes wrong.

And we're in a very kind of tenuous moment right now between the war in the Middle East to you know the domestic

concerns we're dealing with the economy so I mean when people like my friend David
