Okay, hello. We are back for another quickie. This is the first in the 100 reasons why Adnan is guilty series.

0:50.8

So we're starting on episode one with the relationship between Adnan and Hay.

0:58.9

Now, obviously, some of these reasons do not stand alone as a reason for murder. We're looking at the

1:10.3

totality of the evidence.

1:14.4

And I was listening back to Serial, re-listening to it today.

1:22.8

And boy, is Sarah Koainek manipulative and dishonest, in my opinion, from the beginning.

1:37.3

Every bad fact is put in sort of a context to make you dismiss it. There's little things put in,

1:49.1

like one thing that stuck out was when Sarah Koenig talks about, just briefly, that the

1:57.8

prosecutor's closing argument ended with him putting his hands around the neck of a dummy

2:07.9

in front of the jury as a demonstration. So what you're made to feel is, oh, how outrageous, how over the top and how ridiculous it is, because we

2:26.6

know Adnan, because he's always referred to as Adnan, now our good friend Adnan, and he would

2:33.9

have never done that. It is something,

2:37.9

it really deserves its own series. So when I get back from a quickie break, we're going to go

2:45.7

through it. I think a little bit more about 15 points that I think point to some issues between Adnan and

3:00.6

Heyman Lee. Stay tuned.
