At the end of every year, people find excuses for why they didn't do what they PROMISED themselves they were going to do. But then they say sh*t like, "2016 was practice. 2017 was a warm-up. Now 2018 is game time!" Seriously? What a joke. They aren't going to make a change. They aren't really going to accomplish anything. And neither are you...but it's probably not because you're lazy. It's something else. In this episode, I tell you what it is--and how, if you really want to crush the new year, you can.

1:17.2	something like this. 2015 was practice. 2016 was a warm up. And 2017 is game time. Only this year,

1:40.8	Why is it that every single year we have the same people posting the same fucking meme
1:46.1	with the years changed? I'll tell you why. Because these are the same people that find an excuse
1:54.6	every single time they get on their path and they hit some adversity. They're the same people that
2:01.9	will find a reason every single time to not do what they promised themselves they were going to do.
2:09.8	They tell themselves little stories. They tell themselves stories like this. Well, you know what?
2:16.3	I'm going to get started on Monday and then Monday comes and guess what? They don't get started.
2:20.8	And then they tell themselves on Tuesday, well, I already screwed up this week. So I'm going to start
2:26.1	again on next Monday. And if it's not the next Monday, it's this. I'm going to get started after the
2:31.6	weekend or I'm going to get started after that wedding or I'm going to get started after that vacation
2:36.1	I take or next week or next month or after Valentine's Day or after St. Patrick's Day or after Easter
