Before I begin today, I want to say thank you. Thank you to all of you that came to see me on my most recent tour dates in Europe and UK.

Oh my word, I have so many memories, so many smiles, so many inspirational moments still going through my mind.

So thank you. It means world. How many of you came up to say,

thank you for doing the podcast. Thank you. Now on with the program. Picture this. The sun has

barely risen as your phone begins to wake you up with its alarm.

And you're already being pulled in a thousand different directions before your feet even hit the ground.

And the boss's emails begin to flood in. The family wants to know, hey, what's for breakfast?

And your friends, friends, they have plans

for a spontaneous road trip that they just know who you're going to love. It's like being pulled

in a thousand different directions. And honestly, it's exhausting. As you try to put the pillow back over your face and hide under the covers, you ask yourself,

who's life is this?

So I have to ask, whose life are you living?

Really?

Is it yours, or are you just playing a supporting role in everyone else's life are you living? Really? Is it yours or are you just playing a supporting role in everyone else's grand production?

Whose life are you living? Where do you fit into the grand scheme of everything?

Sometimes it feels like you're just a puppet,

dancing to the tunes of others.

As the idea of you being the master of your own destiny,

its galaxies away.

It's just so easy, so easy to get caught up

into the expectations of others

and the norms of society and the dreams of our parents
