It is, he is both kind and gently aggressive.

Because the man gets things done, y'all, and we couldn't do it without him. So I'd love to take this opportunity to thank the man, the myth, the legend in his own mind and ours, and the hearts of the public, Mr. Max Williams. I've always said, Max is Mr. Rogers if he'd mess you up.
