Hey, if you are a wholesaler or aspiring wholesaler, then I'm sure you're aware that there's been a lot of regulation, a lot of laws.

There's a big movement for anti-wholesaling.

And so we're going to be talking all about this topic because it's of great concern to me and everybody here in this discussion that we're going to be having here, because there is this movement that's been happening over the past couple of years to regulate and even ban a lot of cases ban wholesaling.

There's a lot of negativity around our industry right now.

And for everybody in this room, including me, this is of great concern because we love this industry.

We've helped build this industry.

Wholesaling no longer is this obscure technique.

It is now a full-blown, full-blown business practice. Thanks to a lot of people like us that are

educating, helping people get into the business, learn how to do it successfully. But we need to

kind of step up our game. We need to do some things differently. We're going to be talking all about why this is happening, what we can do differently as an industry, and then also how we can organize and unite. We have a big announcement. I've been talking a little bit about it. We're going to talk about how we can form or how we are forming an association and kind of talk a little bit about that. But I came all the way here to Brent Studio in Phoenix.

We've got Pace, Morby, Brent, Daniels, and Jamil, everybody here.

And I asked these guys, hey, can we sit down and talk about this?

And they've all agreed to dedicate a lot of their time into this move that we're doing here,

this association we're creating and how we can take the wholesaling industry to a whole new level.

And we have to.

It's not like, yeah, it would be a nice thing to do.

We kind of have to because the powers that play right now that do not want us operating,

they have a lot behind them.

They have a lot of money behind them. They have a big push behind them. And if we don't,

we're going to get steamrolled out of existence or highly regulated to where it just becomes
