Well, for me, it was Eric. I'll let Eric answer this.

Honestly, the model was brought to be by someone else that was in it.

And it was a very, it's a very similar business model to what I had did for a decade. I used to get people out of distressed time shares.

So it was lead generation phone sales fulfillment.

And I started that company from scratch, built it to, we're doing over, right around

34 million in gross sales at the peak.
