This morning's episode, we're going to be focusing a lot on the kitchen.

If you have something else to do, that's fine. But I think most of us spend a lot of time on our

kitchens every day. So if you need to straighten up your front room, go ahead and do that and just

meet me in the kitchen when you're done. Today, when you clean your kitchen, obviously, you know,

you're going to clear your counters, you're going to wipe them down, you're going to do your

dishes, whether you have a dishwasher or you're

washing by hand, and then you're probably going to sweep the floor. But you want to check on some

other deeper areas. I wanted to remind you about those today. So open up your refrigerator and see if it

needs to be cleaned out. Now cleaning out your refrigerator can mean two different things. It could be

just taking out things that need to be thrown away,

or it can actually mean wiping down the inside of your refrigerator.
