Is everybody ready for Christmas? There are six more days until Christmas. In our family, we kind of

count down to Christmas Eve, so five more days until Christmas Eve. But ready or not, the house

still needs to be cleaned. So you know what I'm going to say. Maybe light a candle or turn on a wax

warmer. Freshen up real quick. Make sure you're wearing something comfortable and presentable.

One of the reasons that I say that is you want to feel like someone could stop by and you'd be okay. You just don't want to feel like you should be doing

something else while you're cleaning. You don't want to feel like maybe I should go get ready

in case someone stops by or in case I get a phone call and need to go somewhere. You don't want

to be worrying about all of those

things. You want to be in the right mindset to clean, so you want to feel ready for anything,

which is also why I have you start in your priority areas. And I mainly talk about, you know, the entrance of your home, keeping that presentable.

A lot of times with our cleaning sessions, we start in the kitchen because it's easy to keep the

entrance of your home clean. It kind of is. Unless you've got a bunch of little kids and

they're not putting away

their toys or something like that. But for me, it's fairly easy to keep the entrance of my home clean.

The kitchen is that other front and center area that I want to take care of first in case my husband

was to come home early from work or

someone was to come to the door you can see you know you can basically see part of my kitchen

you know from the front door so that's kind of the mentality of where I have you start however

use any of my podcast episodes. However, you want, use

them how it works best for you. I know a lot of people like to clean exactly along with the

episode, which can be kind of fun. Like, try to see if you can finish in a room by the time I'm finished before I move on to the next zone, so to speak.

But another way to listen to it is just to kind of do what you want while you're listening to it.
