I have definitely a lot to learn myself and I think, you know, it's an awesome position to be in

in a time when there's real influence on, you know, how the game will be played in the future

and how players will be valued and treated. And so it's very important. I think, you know,

I'm super lucky in that, you know, Ian is as well versed on all this as, as I know, I've ever met, JMO, and a lot of other guys that have been in leadership

roles before. So, yeah, grateful to be in a locker room of smart guys.

but maybe even more so the case.

Like maybe they'll find someone to be in charge of that thing.

Okay, Russ, what's, what are you hearing now that the bombshell of the Tony Clark thing

dropped on everybody yesterday? Yeah, I think the initial reaction from people, well, I think what

you heard from players in different camps yesterday and you heard

from Nico about just him, he's a player who's been in the big leagues for a little while. He's a

veteran player, but still very young in his career. He's not a guy that's been in the big leagues

for 10 years and has been through different work stoppages or potential work stoppages.

And so I imagine Nico is trying to get a lot of information about what the next year is like

because you have 25 guys in that clubhouse that are going to go to you like, hey, what are we meeting on?

What are you potentially voting on?
