Yeah, you mean you grew. You always have the Jesus station on when I get in the car. It's good vibes. Didn't you see all my other stuff? That's like I have all that Jesus stuff. It protects me from bad vibes when you're sleeping and all that. Not even joking, it's for real. It's a real thing. Hey guys, episode 115, we are doing this extra episode because we are taking a trip to Chicago. Jeff's going to visit his family and I am going to see my grandparents. My grandma's birthday is on the 24th of February. I think she's turning 89. So I get to visit with them. And so yeah, we're doing this extra episode so we can go see everybody. Right. So if we're in the same clothes, it's not the same episode as last week. And if you did tune in last week, all the way to the end, Jordan's going to go visit that bank. She rambled on for for 45 minutes at the end. History is cool. And especially when your grandparents know the history because they grew up there and they know stories from their grandparents, it's pretty cool and I love that. No, it's very cool. So I'm excited. Obviously, we filmed this a couple days before. That's why we're wearing the same thing. I just said that. But I'm excited for you too. I'm excited to see my family. The kids are so excited to see you.

1:25.2

So excited.

1:26.1

If they ask me more time when we're leaving. And then you're gonna take a little cruise down south to Shawnee town. Yeah, so instead of taking the train, I mean, I don't mind taking the train down there, but I kind of like running a car. I like having my pace of when I'm gonna get there. And of course, it's supposed to like, snow.

1:44.7

I was like, that's just how it would go.

1:47.7

It would be snowing a lot in Chicago while I'm trying to leave. But the weather won't be bad once I get out of Chicago. We're just filling, filling into blanks. But I am looking forward to going to see. So my cousin has a restaurant. I always talk about this. My cousin has a restaurant you've been to. And they have the best pizza and they're only open like three days a week. And everybody drives to go there to eat because it's very popular. So they have RC cola and it is like the best and fountain drink. And so I get RC cola and pizza. Well, that's good. Well, I'm going to bounce around to my buddy's restaurant,

2:26.8

a little known in Sylvia's, a little pasta at the arté. Your brother, Idley, enough is going to be Chicago. I know. So we're meeting up with my brother. So worlds are going to collide in Chicago. He's so excited. But I'm sad. I wonder if I could have a glass of wine. I can't have anything to drink well, it's fine if I don't because you know I took the month off of drinking and then in

2:48.8

January I did no drinking, but I just recently saw Dr. Holy who worked with Jeff on daily blast live. She's a medical expert and, um, she's a cardiologist. She's a cardiologist. And so I went to see her. So there were some things that probably not the best that you want to hear. So I can't drink. But imagine if I was drinking before my blood pressure sugar, everything else would have been off if I would have continued to drink. So I have to keep it clean. And I'm trying to watch my diet because there's something I don't know. I'm trying to test it out. I feel like there could be something with gluten like I need to switch my diet and and do gluten. I'm not going to go into all that because I won't know. I'm trying to test it out. I feel like there could be something with gluten

3:25.2

like I need to switch my diet and do gluten. I'm not gonna go into all that because I won't know anything until when we get back, I'm doing some blood work to check that. And I don't wanna seem too confusing. But once I have an answer, I will tell you guys and y'all can share with me your stories. Yeah, but there's those tests that you could run, like if you're allergic to

3:47.4

on your own body, like your blood work.

3:49.6

And, uh... I will tell you guys and y'all can share with me your stories. Yeah, but there's those tests that you could run.

3:46.2

Like if you're allergic to on your own body, like your blood work, and I think it's a spit test too. You could do both. I didn't want to weigh back in the day, but I'd like to do it again. Because some things you grow, like especially people who have COVID, it kicks other things up in your body that weren't, Maybe they were dormant or not existing in a kick them up.

4:06.4

And you could start being allergic to something

4:08.4

that you weren't allergic to before.

4:09.7

We're not doctors or anything, but I've heard things like this. It does happen and you get a virus like COVID, like you said. And then it kicks it. So Dr. Coli, she's amazing. And she, I mean, if there's anything wrong, Dr. Coli's to go to. She's the one that's gonna find it. Yes. So, and then there was also my EKG wasn't what she wanted. So I had to buy a blood pressure. I'm bringing it with me to Chicago. I have to keep it journal. She told me that I have to log it and I have to take my blood pressure every day and I think that's not a good place because we're gonna gain 10 pounds. I am well. I'm not I now I got a what now I'm like great. You're not gonna have to see my grandma's and I got to watch it like I got to watch Cokes and things like that like I haven't really been drinking coaks at all. I do have coffee every day, which is fine, but I have to kind of watch it. Yeah, I'm going to eat everything. I know. I'm so sad. I'm like, I'm going to my grandparents. My grandma always makes a pie or makes like cake and makes like my favorite foods. And now I'm like, wait, let me check my blood pressure. You're fine. Listen, I'm not saying you're fine, but I think you could have fun with your grandparents and eat a beef sandwich. And then when you come back, get back after it. You're young. I don't think like you're walking around with the IV drip. No, she just told me to keep a log and while I'm gone. So get, you know what? and I get eat everything and have them your log go through the roof because then when you come back You'd be like look how much I improved. Oh, man. Well, she just told me I need a report back to her So when we get back I'm going to her and I'm gonna go I have to go see somebody else and have some other things done and I really do think it's I think a lot of it has to do with COVID and my immune is not the same as it was. But anyways, do doctors know that they're being lied to constantly? You're pretty honest. You told Dr. Coley everything. But how many drinks a week you have? I remember having conversations just with Dr. Coley on set when she'd come in and be like, I'd be talking to someone and be like, oh man, I smoked some ribs this weekend and some chicken.

6:25.0

And she's like, what did you eat this weekend?

6:27.4

I'm like, what do you mean?

6:28.4

I ate some ribs that I smoked.

6:29.9

She was, how often do you do that?

6:31.3

I'm like, I don't know.

6:32.9

Everyone wants to watch. She goes, you shouldn't be, you maybe once a year, you should do that. I'm like, I could only eat a rib once a year.

6:38.9

And then as she would come in,

6:41.1

she said, what'd you do this weekend?
