Good morning everyone. Oh my goodness. Tori was in the zone. I think she was getting ready to

read the devotional when I just caught her off guard. Hopefully I caught you off guard too because

the Lord catches us off guard. There it is. He is ready to bless us. Anyways. Yeah. Welcome back.

Welcome back to the Blessed Masterpiece Podcast. This is not my first time but it feels like it is.

Do you want to jump into today's devotional? Yes. Let's do it you guys. Today we're reading a

devotional out of it. Mark 5 verse 37 and it's titled Choose Faith. It says, and he said to her,

daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace. Your suffering is over. The love letter from

God says, beloved child, I am a father who can be fully trusted. I want your heart at perfect

peace in every circumstance, but I can't make you trust me. You alone must choose fear or faith.

Only faith in me can comfort you in your suffering. Only faith in me can conquer the anxiety that

invades your heart. When you're sick, faith is your healer. When you're afraid, faith is your

comforter. When you're weak, faith is your strength. When you need a miracle, faith is your

deliverer and your provider. You are mine. And as my child, you don't have to be defeated by

anything. Choose to have faith in me and behold. Love your heavenly Father. The reflection says,

faith is simply believing that the Lord is who he says he is and will do what he says he will do.

Faith is an opening in your heart to receive and a decision to believe. The treasure of truth says,

faith brings peace no matter what your circumstance. I love that because for so long,

I had faith in myself and I think that so many of us can get caught up in that because we think

we're fighting fear with faith, but our faith is in ourselves or in maybe a parent or in a mentor

or a teacher or a friend, whatever that may be or in our bank account, right? We're putting our

faith in the wrong thing. And it just makes me think of batteries. Our batteries run up. We

charge our phone once a day. If we put your phone in your faith, we don't have a phone charger.
