This same thing was spoken about in Romans, chapter 14, verse 23,

and he was talking about this same subject of eating meat that was offered unto idols,

and then it says, in Romans Romans 1423 that whosoever let me see how

does that go have you got that up there says and he that doubteth is damned if he

eat because he eateth not of faith for whatsoever is not of faith

is sin.

This word damned right here is not damn nation in the sense of going to hell.

It literally means condemned.

As a matter of fact here's what the amplified says, Romans 1423 it says,

but the man who has doubts, misgivings, and uneasy conscience about eating and then eats perhaps because of you

stands condemned before God because he is not true to his convictions and he

does not act from faith for whatsoever does not originate and proceed from faith is

sin. Whatsoever is done without a conviction of its approval by God is sinful.

So this isn't talking about that they're damned in the sense that they lose their salvation,

but it just means they come under the condemnation.

Your conscience can make you guilty about things that there's really nothing wrong with.
