I think we have to take some time to pull back and let game two resonate because it's over.

The Knicks are winning the championship.

And in case you were curious as to why I hedged after game one, it was because

game two was not even close to being a foregone conclusion, automatic slam dunk for the spurs to win it.

But when you have the basketball, you're 22 years old, and you are not ready.

You turn the ball over like Wembe turned the ball over.

Wembenyama may has made turnovers in the NBA finals unlike anything he has done during the regular season.

I mean, throwing the ball at Castle's back without having him even looking, he was running

down the court.

His head was forward.

On no planet, do you throw that basketball unless you are sped up, you are panicked,

and you are not within yourself.

Anxiety and pressure, right?

These are two things that hit people in different moments.

And Wembe was like that all game.

He was just hot with the basketball.

He was just trying to move it, didn't want to have the ball in his hands.

He took four shots in the first half.
