Summary
In December of 1993, Officer Martin Ganz was on patrol when he pulled over a car for a traffic violation. As he went to make contact with the driver, shots rang out, and as Officer Ganz tried to retreat, the driver followed him, executing him behind his police cruiser. An investigation followed, and although investigators were certain they had the right man, a lack of evidence prevented an arrest from being made. A few months later though, the man struck again, and justice was finally found in the murder of Officer Martin Ganz.
