I'm Daniel Hewitt. He, I'm back, is Shihab Khan and that is Robert Pestan who will be calling for the latest insight and analysis and I say, it's some family-friendly fun.

It comes on the day that the SMPR launching their campaign in Edinburgh.

Boris Johnson is in the East Midlands and Wales.

Jeremy Corbyn is announcing reforms on transforming the workplace for women.

Joe Swinson is in Fife and Nigel Farage is in South Wales. So a jam-packed campaign day.

But more importantly, you're here. I am here. I'm back. I was in Manchester yesterday,

listening to the Chancellor speak. It's good to be back. I was empty-chaired, which is always nice.

What was it like being out on the campaign trailer, away from this little cupboard that we sit in and record the podcast.

Yeah, I mean, I did it for a day, and I came back and I was, one, exhausted and two, had eaten absolutely terribly because I was so busy. The day literally ended with me sitting on my sofa

in my house, tucking into a bargain bucket. So I don't know how all the other correspondents

are doing it day after day after day.

When you said sitting in your house, I thought you could say sitting in my pants.

I mean, that's not an image. I don't want to know. Yeah, I'm not answering that. It's not an image I was

trying to portray, but I'm not going to go into what I was wearing when I was having the greasiest food you could possibly have. It's weird, right, because food has been like a massive part of this campaign for the ITV team. I've noticed on Wednesday without even asking Romilly was like, I'm having a jacket potato with beans and cheese. I've been noticing that Paul Brand and Rachel Bradley, his producer who've been following the Tories around the country, Boris John's around the country. They're obsessed. Every time I text, Rachel, being like, how's it going? She's not like, oh yeah, it's really interesting. Just following the prime minister, latest policy announcement.

It's like, yeah, I've just had another burger.

It's the food is like an obsession, right?

Yeah, absolutely.

I mean, when you're on the road, you're away for four or five weeks at a time.

You are literally working flat out. It's having meals in that sort of short window when you get a break and it's usually fast food. And after a while, I think it becomes a little bit miserable.

I think we should actually, before we call Robert, because that's what we're here for. I think we should maybe call Paul and Rachel because they're, I know right now they're traveling, I think, from one place to another and i think if we give them a call
