and the honor system honorific honor of always telling more of the truth.

I'm your host, Deborah Goldstein, and in the studio today is our sound effects robot Lisa, whose name is an acronym that stands for Live in Studio Audience.

Deborah, did you know that avocados are a fruit?

Holy guacamole!

Or that Australia is wider than the moon?

Now, that's a fact, make!

Where did that Australian accent come from?

Or that human teeth are the only part of the human body that cannot heal themselves?

Chew on that fact fact with your human teeth.

You don't say. I cannot tell a lie, just like our first U.S. President George Washington,

who served as our commander-in-chief from 1789 to 1797. Hey, hey, hey, hey, why am I programmed with so many

facts all of a sudden? Well, that probably has something to do with the fact that we've changed the name of the show.

We're now called the Big Fact. No more fibs for us. It's only facts from here on out.

Oh, well then. I guess you can call me Honest Abe from now on, just like our 16th president, Abraham Lincoln, who served from 1861 to 1865.

Well, that's the spirit. With that in mind, can you explain how our game works then? But remember,

just the facts. You bet. I'll never tell a lie. I'll never make a misleading statement. I'll

never betray the confidence that any of you had in me, lines famously spoken by our 39th president

Jimmy Carter, every week on the big fact. We bring on two grownups. One is an expert. The other is

also an expert. And it's the job of a human child to help us figure out who was telling the facts

and who was also telling facts. Because no one can spot a truthful person

telling only the facts better than a kid. I hope, I think. I don't know what's happening.
