Well, hello there, bitches. I'm back with a little life update.

Well, big life update.

Updates, actually.

A lot going on over here.

So I had my baby at the end of July.

He actually came three weeks early.

You know, I shared with my first pregnancy that ended in stillbirth at 22 weeks because of severe pre-eclampsia.

So this time, my blood pressure was fine, the whole pregnancy. But when I went to an appointment at 36 weeks, it was higher than they'd liked and they ran some tests.

And it said at that time, I did have mild preeclampsia and that they didn't want to wait until it got worse.

So they told me they were going to induce me in a week at 37 weeks because that's technically

full term and the baby was good to go.

And I was like, pardon? And they were like, we're going to get them up out of there next week.

And I was like, oh my God. Okay. Which honestly gave me a tiny bit more time to like get ready,

which was good. Because when I was at the doctor like two

weeks before that, there was a woman in there and they were like, okay, um, don't freak out,

but you need to go to the hospital right now and deliver this baby. And she was freaking out,

rightfully so. And I was like, oh my God, Lord, please don't want that

happened to me. So at least I got a little bit of a headset. Anyway, labor went smoothly.

I think I was in labor for like eight hours. Well, labor starts when you start contracting
