I remember interviewing the CEO of a multi-billion dollar home building company in Mexico

and at the time his company was building 200 homes a day.

He had 16,500 employees and 6,000 vendors and had been averaging 2,000 percent growth over the last seven years straight.

This is how he put it when I asked him about his prospects for the future.
