Two cases argued before the Supreme Court this week elicited cries that the cyber sky

is falling after all.

It is only nine justices on that bench and for them to kind of remake the legal framework

that all of the tech industry of the United States and a lot of the free speech online

around the world depends on is kind of a lot.
