0:08.7	30 years ago marked the beginning of a reign of terror.
0:12.0	The women who went missing had two things in common.
0:14.6	They were drug addicted and each from or at least last seen in New Bedford.
0:19.0	Nine were found murdered along local highways. Two were never found, and the killer was never caught.
0:25.6	Analyzed a lot of these areas, and it would lead us to believe that we want to go back to those areas

0:43.9	1989, six bodies had been found in the highway murder case. On the end of March, there would be two
0:49.7	more. No arrests had been made. The families of victims had suffered most.
0:55.0	The condition of the bodies made it difficult for medical examiners to determine a cause of death,
1:01.0	except with two victims. Investigators say they were strangled.
1:05.0	Eleven women missing nine bodies recovered.
1:08.0	Thirty years ago this month, women started disappearing from New Bedford.
1:12.3	In just a six-month time period, 11 victims vanished. One of those horrific crimes that
