0:49.2	I want to start out today's podcast by talking about something very serious and very troublesome.
0:55.6	After everything that we exposed in the last podcast about Judge Carmen Molen and how she exerted
1:03.4	her authority to attempt to coerce a police officer into arresting a troubled man for a crime
1:11.3	he did not commit, the South Carolina Supreme Court has failed to take any action against Molen.
1:19.2	We are not the only ones covering this.
1:22.1	The island packet and post and career newspaper have also written multiple articles about Molen
1:28.6	shocking actions.
1:30.2	And still, we've heard nothing from those five South Carolina Supreme Court justices in charge
1:38.5	of keeping the lawyers and the judges in our state in check.
1:42.7	So that is Chief Justice Donald Beatty, Justice John Kidbridge, Justice K. Herne,
1:50.4	Justice John Cannon Fue, and Justice George James Jr. I'm looking at the five of you.
1:58.6	And I am wildly disappointed that the five of you apparently think that this behavior from a lawyer
2:07.4	let alone a judge should apparently be tolerated and ignored in South Carolina the land of no
2:16.0	consequences. Right now, Justice's Beatty, Kidbridge, Herne, Fue, and James are telling every
2:24.2	lawyer in the state that it is okay for them to abuse their power and bend the law to their
2:30.8	favor as long as they are well connected as Carmen Molen.
