Author researcher, John Kerner, is here to blow the lid off the JFK Jr. plane crash. Hard to imagine

it will be 20 years next July.

And it was on the evening of July 16, 1999.

He died when the airplane he was flying crashed into the Atlantic Ocean, about seven and a half miles west of Martha's Vineyard,

and his wife, Carolyn Beset, and sister-in-law, Lauren Beset, were also on board and died.

It was a Piper Saratoga Light Aircraft.

It departed from New Jersey's Essex County Airport, and its intended route was along the coastline of Connecticut and across Rhode Island sound to Martha's Vineyard Airport.

Of course, he didn't make it.
