I'm Kristen Cevi. This is murder she told.

The day that Denise Robert was killed, she went about her normal routine. It was the end of summer, August 30, 2015, and it was a Sunday.

In the afternoon, she went to her gym, Executive Health and Sports Center, which was commonly abbreviated, the executive.

It's in the southern part of Manchester, New Hampshire, and it's a big facility that's more like

a rec center than a gym. It has pools, tennis, basketball, and racquetball courts, saunas, and steam rooms.

Denise was physically fit her entire adult life, even at 62 years old. In her

obituary, it said that she always found a way to fit in some activity in the course of the day.

According to General Manager Paula Joyce, Denise visited the gym nightly, and she said that

although Denise knew all the regulars, she didn't socialize too heavily.

She was there to work out and take a swim.

At 6 p.m., Denise left the gym and went to a nearby retail area,

where she got some supplements at vitamin shop.

She left there at 608 p.m. and went to Walmart, which was a few blocks away.

After that, she hit the nearby Hannaford and left around 8.21 p.m. and went to Walmart, which was a few blocks away. After that, she hit the nearby Hannaford and left around 8.21 p.m. an hour after sundown. She then drove north to

Brookside Congregational Church, where she parked her car. She was driving a copper-colored Volvo

S-60, a four-door sedan sedan which she was borrowing from the dealership.

Her car was currently being worked on. She left her purse in the car and just took the key fob

for the car. The church, Brookside Congregational, was just a convenient location to park.

Denise didn't have any particular connection to it. It was around 8.45 p.m. when she left the car, and it was dark.

She was going for a nighttime walk.

The church is located just three-quarters of a mile from Denise's childhood home on Sagamore Street.

The neighborhood where she was walking, called the North North End was very familiar to her.
