fantasies. Today is two bell Tuesday. What's two bell Tuesday, Cori? It's a new thing, thanks to Leah Mullins. This was her idea.

One day a week we are going to ring the bells twice instead of once to help us settle into

the episode. So I have my bells here.

I'm gonna ring them twice when you hear the bell.

By the way, bells is plural because these are two bells clanking against each other,

not one bell that I'm hitting with a mallet in case there was any confusion around that.

Getting into today's episode, we're going to look at who is thinking your thoughts.

Now this is building off of yesterday's episode where we

started to explore that maybe we don't have as much control over the thoughts that

arise as we think. Yes, there's a lot we can do to influence,

manipulate, change, shift the thoughts once they arise. But the thoughts as they're arising, can we control what comes up in the mind?

Not in my experience. And why is this important to go into? Because you could argue that, all right that isn't this just like a philosophical idea
