that we have had to date. And we kick it off with this question. From Go Irish in the podcast

review on Apple Podcasts, thank you, Go Irish. He says, who do you think is the next team that hasn't

already won a college football playoff national championship to win their

first. I think the answer here is Oklahoma. I've spoken about this within the last couple of months.

Let me just reiterate. A lot of people's go-to default argument against this is, oh, Oklahoma

doesn't play any defense. No, they haven't played good enough defense, but they haven't had Alex Grinch on campus for very long either.

They just upped him.

I saw right before I started recording.

He got yet another raise, guys making well north of seven figures, well north of one, I think north of one and a half per year now.

To coordinate a defense out there, there's been very lacklustre, hasn't been up to snuff, and as a result, they've been snuffed out in college football playoff situations most recently against LSU.

But if you look at the roster being overturned, I don't know how people think this works, but you don't hire someone and someone snaps their fingers in the background and you get the results.

It takes a little while.
