Once again and always. Hello, buddy. How you doing? Hello, I'm good, but not least because you texted me this morning saying, hey, I'm really excited about today's listener questions. We do have some good ones. It's a good batch, right? It's a good batch of what I'm going to call head scratches. Yes, because when we sort of looked at this, I think you said there were seven questions and I was like, oh, like, Generally generally with listener questions, there's like one or two that you're going to put a lot more thought into and some that you can answer, like, what's your favorite position? You can answer that one pretty quickly. Pretty much every single one of these, I ended up having to spend a decent amount of time researching to the point where I was like, oh, I'll start looking into this stuff at like, I think 9.30 this morning. And then just before we were supposed to start recording, I was like, oh, I should probably go bathe because I've still just been reading stuff all day. So here we are. I'm excited to talk.
