old guest but in the sense that he's been on the show before and he's an old guy it's brian darling

from liberty government affairs wanted to pick a lawyer's brain about what's been going on with these

judges recently I could opine on it all day but I figured why not get somebody who at least stands a chance of knowing what the hell he's talking about?

I can't, I could complain, but I'm not going to complain because it's not yet the weekend.

But very much looking forward to that.

But as you watch all of these things, one thing that sticks out to me brian is the they

chart they're the graph that graphic that fox puts up that shows the number of nationwide

injunctions against various presidents and in the eight years of obama they were like 12 i'm making

And in the month of February for Trump, there were like 15 of them.

In the first Trump administration, there were somewhere around 76 of them.

For Biden, there were like 10 for without the entire four years.

What the hell is going on with these judges? Is it all, is it all, can it be chalked up to bias on behalf of the judges and the judge

shopping till they find a judge that's willing to give them what they want? Or is it that what
