There's two legal systems.

There's a military legal system and then there's a civilian one.

Department of Justice runs this one over here. The military effectively runs this one over here.

And they don't always talk and they've got different sets of rules.

What I can say to you is this.

I gather that at least elements of the administration have understood that there is a war on our nation, an attack on our nation, and there are moves happening.

I can assure you of this that are going to lead just like they did. Five people getting arrested by special agents of the Department of

Defense. There are lots of law enforcement under Title X. And those are the ones that are going to do

it and they'll do it quietly and expeditiously. And by the time we're all really aware of it,
