The There's this scene in Planet Earth to, I believe,

where these baby Ibex come down the mountain

for the first time.

What's an Ibex?

And Ibex is like a tiny little deer.

And it has evolved to scale the peaks and valleys of this one

mountain area because essentially if you go up into the mountains you're safe from predators

but then you come down out of the mountains to eat.

It's like when you're at the watering hole

and it's like, is an alligator gonna chomp right out of here?

Exactly, right.

And the watering hole is like such a dangerous,

but you have to go down there because you have to get water.

You got a drink. Yeah. It's actually a lot of these evolution like marine, you know, those marine

iguanas famous in the snake marine iguana video that's like the great video.

Oh sure they fight the yeah. Oh my god. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Yeah, those marine iguanas is just stressful.

Oh my God, so it's just the drama.

Yeah, life or death.

Yeah, it's beautiful.

It really got me back to like a primal place where I was just like before that I was like
