0:27.6	Well, it's always insightful when we have you here because we're always learning new things.
0:32.1	And I have told people both in front of you and behind your back that you have always been a mentor,
0:39.8	someone I've looked up to throughout my years in ministry and someone in the academic world
0:46.5	that I have tried to model myself after, though I'm still striving to be better in the academic
0:51.0	world because I've been more in the church and denominational world all my life.
0:56.8	And so I admire you so much for your work.
1:01.2	And I appreciate you taking the time to come on today to talk about your new book.
1:07.0	Before we jump into that, however, for those that don't know, Dr. David Allen serves as a mid-America's distinguished professor of practical theology and the dean of the Adrian Rogers Center for Biblical Teaching.
